What Would You Do If Someone Tried To Steal Your Dream?

I am going to talk today about Network Marketing although this can apply to just about any business where you are an "Independent Representative" or receive a 1099 for your role in moving a Product or Service for someone else. What would you do if you were representing a large company growing at a record pace, actively participating in the distribution of the Products or Opportunity, Totally committed, building a team, and making weekly checks. Even hitting the bonuses and helping others succeed and make weekly checks? You would probably be pretty excited right? I mean your belief level would build and you would become more committed and then make more money. How would you react and what would you do if your up line leadership team without notice or warning just quit or left the company? No big deal right? It happens, so you head north and find another leader right? OK, what if the Master Distributor and the Top income earners plus the Entire Corporate Team were to walk out without notice? Now what would you do? What if that same group tried to overtake the company from the CEO with no warning or even so much as a complaint was filed and it was all done in top secret meetings? How would you feel if you were the CEO of this company and it was happening to you? How do you protect yourself from this affecting YOUR income? They sell you on the dream that Network Marketing is the answer to all your problems and then they turn around and put thousands of families lives on the line for what? more money? more power? more personal satisfaction that it can be done? Try to Bully a Corporate CEO with 100% ownership into mutiny? Why? Is that what Network Marketing has become today? All of a sudden this Great CEO who has built several companies to success along with a few failures (We all have failed in order to succeed) is now a "Tyrant"? I mean was this the plan all along? Let's see... Find a successful CEO with no Network Marketing experience fund a personal vision, Personally select a Top Dream Team and Master Distributor. Get an almost impossible Endorsement for a product that actually works. Attract a high caliber of Doctors, Lawyers, CEO's, Business Owners, Dentists, Single Mothers, Firefighters, Gen Xer's, Baby Boomers, Etc. Now that everything is in place we have our 18 months of proof,... Let's take over the company! Who cares about the 60,000 other distributors opinions they will just keep doing what we tell them to do... Come on. Let's get real people. This is no surprise to me. Shocking? yes. Unfortunately this happens in any type of business model when Power and Greed starts to creep in.. So I ask you now, How do you protect yourself from this type of landslide? How do you recover from it? Well, the answer is not to Quit. Don't quit on yourself or your dreams. Build a protection for yourself from the beginning. You need to stay in control of your business. It is Your business. It is up to you to bounce back and recover from this. How do you do that? you build you own system right in front of their system.
